Does running out of milk count as a diet?

I woke early this morning to a beautiful blue sky. As I drove to the office there was talk on the radio of Spring. My arrival at work was met with a reminder that the clocks go forward next week - Where has the year gone?

As I write my first official blog entry I am forced to face up to the fact that not only did I not manage to keep any of my 2008 resolutions (blog-keeping, obligatory dieting, charity running) but that I have managed to retract in the opposite direction.

So here it is. My new start. Lets make it official.

I feel relatively virtuous for writing my blog. I will admit to having eaten 2 cookies already today (although surely this can be outweighed by the fact that I had WATER on my Special K this morning. The milk was empty - don't try it - it's nasty) and I am just off to pursuade my friend to run the Race For Life with me.

You guys can hold me accountable

It's a New Year so its a new start

How great is to start the New Year with lots of exciting possibilities. One of those exciting features is our new site.

We hope you like it. We will be adding new features to the site over the next few weeks so check back regulalry to see what's new.

I will be updating my blog every few days so come back for my views on life, love, chocolate and happiness, although not neccesarily in that order!
